The store manager gave us very good advice when ordering glasses and explained the advantages of the glasses well. I always feel in good hands at Mister Spex in Dortmund and really appreciate the good service there. I will always go to this branch because of my good experiences there and I can definitely recommend ordering glasses there.

Very arrogant employees (at least the two southern ones I was in contact with) sell glasses but act as if they were selling Birkin bags. Employees seem very disinterested and bored, promise LT within 1 week, after 12 days the glasses (without prescription) are still not there. Great service in any case.

When we asked questions, it soon became apparent that the young sales employee only had the bare minimum knowledge of the subject of glasses. Thanks to her very friendly willingness to help and the later involvement of a colleague who was obviously more experienced, I found a great pair of glasses after a while.

Great prepared shop. An eye-catcher! A highlight for the eye, well-stocked range of glasses, very tidy, very clear and all of this combined with good service. Class. Ordered the glasses online from Mr. Spex, tried them on and enjoyed the expert advice in the shop. The advantage is that the glasses that were supposed to be returned did not need to be returned by mail, but could be dropped off at the store. Perfect. Then a quick eye test, then the glasses were ordered and will arrive soon. Of course, 5 stars. Have you come this far? Thanks so much. I hope I could help you. I came in, was greeted very warmly by the nice employee Samira and really received an answer to all of my questions. After I stated my budget and glasses features, she took a lot of time to show me all the models I was considering, advise me and give me the best price. In 30 minutes I found the right model and ordered it. The adjustment will take place in 7 days. It couldn't be better, faster or cheaper! Thanks to the entire team :)
